Lola M Kirk Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lola M Kirk of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 11, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Ellis and Idella Ellis; and her husband Cecil Kirk. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Thomas, Debi Johnston (Jeff) and Scott Kirk (Laura); her grandsons, Colin McCracken (Brooke) and John Kirk; her sister Joyce Rodr (Jim); her nephew Terry Plunkett; her niece Sherry King; her friends, Sheila Kesler and Patti Wagner; and her caregivers, Crystal Tran and Wanda Osbourn. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel - Ft. Oglethorpe Heritage Funeral Homes Fort Oglethorpe (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742).
