She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Tennant and Mildred Tennant; her husband Carroll "Whit" Whitmire; and her brothers, Terry Tennant, Bobby Tennant and Johnny Tennant.
She is survived by: her daughters, Venus Morris (Rick), Athena Walker (Jerry) and Desiree Hatch (Alan); her siblings, Eddie Tennant, Jimmy Tennant, Charles Tennant and Connie Davenport; her grandchildren, Nick (Marc), Eric Masterson (Mandy), Drew Walker (Chelsea), Ashley Hixson (Logan), Christian Hatch (Jaqui) and Kadie Bettis (Jerry); and her great grandchildren, Emry, Ella, Everett Masterson, Easton, Baylor Walker, Isla Bettis and Emrys Hatch.
