He is survived by: his wife Danette Mullinax; his children, Mindy Waters (Tanner) and Jesse Mullinax (Maegan); his grandson Abel Waters; and his siblings, Janet Clark, Debbie Davis (Kirk), Jerry Mullinax, Jeffrey Mullinax and William Ryans (Mary Beth). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
