He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Christine Flegal. He is survived by: his wife Laura Flegal; his stepchildren, Terry Owens, Christopher Owens, Matthew Owens and Jalene Henegar; and his brother Dan Flegal (Sherry). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
