It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Davis (Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia), born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl "Chugger" Davis and Brucile P Davis; his wife Joyce Davis; his children, Glenn Davis (Patty) of Fort Oglethorpe and Denise Dickson of Cohutta; his granddaughter Tifney Aday (Michael); his great grandchild Brylee; and his sister Dixie Curtice (Walt). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
