He is survived by: his wife Karol Couch; his parents, David Couch and Connie Couch; his sons, Bron Couch and Chase Couch (Mahala); his sisters, Michelle Couch Cagle and Kim Couch Wilkey; and his grandchildren, Kendall and Cooper Couch. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
