He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bill Oneal; his stepfather Dewayne Oneal; his grandparents, Lloyd and Darlene Swindle; his uncles, Chris Oneal and Ira "Porky" Oneal; and his parents, Jo Ann Oneal and Wayne Swindle (Elisa).
He is survived by: his wife Amber Swindle; his sons, Justin Swindle and Logan Swindle; his grandmother Betty Oneal; and his siblings, Sondra Studdard, Scott Kieth, Michael Kieth and Jake Ward. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
