He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Wilbert Harbin (Buck) and Hazel Marie Cornet. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Harbin; and his sons, Lee Harbin (Audrey), Tracey Harbin (Bethany), Todd Harbin (Teresa) and Jeremy Harbin (Veronica). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
