He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Clark and Viola Clark; and his brothers, Varnell Clark and Forrest Clark Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Clark; his children, Kerry Clark (Tina) and Sheila Purcell (Scott); his grandchildren, Sydney Clark and Jack Purcell; and his siblings, Ramon Clark, Cecil Clark (Maria) and Hazel Riggs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
