He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richard and Lila Ruth Cline McCuiston; his wife Wanda Mae Thomason McCuiston; his brothers, James Edward McCuiston, Donald Roy McCuiston and Kenneth David McCuiston; and his half-sister Linda Elaine McCuiston.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Kline (Tim); his brother Earl McCuiston; his half-brother Ricky McCuiston; his grandchildren, Emily Grace Fortune, Trevyn Faith Garland, Zane Robert Garland, Ethan Taylor Kline and Abigail Madison Kline; and his great grandchild Madeline Elizabeth Fortune. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family & friends.
