He was predeceased by: his father William Carlton Ealy; his stepfather Wesley James; and his grandparents, Ruby Ealy, Bill Ealy, Helen White and Jay White.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Jane Ealy; his mother Teresa James; his daughters, Brittney Hudgens (Aaron) and Erin Ealy; his sisters, Cassie Frogge, Carrie Lamb (Derrick) and Melissa Tidwell (Daniel); and his grandson Slade Hudgens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the East Ridge Needy Child Fund.
