We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2023, at the age of 88, Elsie L. Wulff of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Klaus Wulff and Joseph Rutherford; her parents, Roy Terry and Sadie Terry; and her siblings, Margaret Still, Roy W. Terry, Lucy Harrell and Mavis Terry.
She is survived by: her son Rick Rutherford (Kathy); her grandchildren, Eric Rutherford, Chad Rutherford (Katy) and Amber Perry (Josh); her great grandchildren, Teagan, Sadie, Connor, Dylan, Daniella Rutherford and Micah Perry; her siblings, Charles Terry (Ruby), Polly Day (Bill) and Rita Vaughn (Rocky); and her sister-in-law Shirley Terry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
