Donald T. Horton Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2025, at the age of 78, Donald T. Horton of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Elijah and Marjorie Edith Horton; his wife Nina Horton; his son Donald Kelly Horton; and his sisters, Frances Hill and Tavi Biggs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Horton (Michael DeSalvo) and Kathy Evett (Brad Sosebee); his granddaughters, Christina DeSalvo (Brandon) and Hannah DeSalvo (Aidan); his great grandchildren, Maleigh Cook, Omar Delacruz, Elias Avakian and Stella Avakian; and his close friend Beas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
