He was predeceased by: his wife Jessie Steele; his parents, Paul Steele and Margaret Laesch; and his brother Paul Dewayne Steele. He is survived by: his children, Marsha Lowry (Dan), David Steele (Pam), Bobby Steele (Kim), Dennis Steele (Melissa) and Jeremy Lowry (Pam); his siblings, Leonard Smith (Kathy) and Susie Strickland (Jeff); and his sister-in-law Mildred Steele. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
