He is survived by: his children, Carol Strickland (Alfred), Nacrina Castro (David) and Denise Crowder; his brother James Lamar Hixon; and the mother of his children Genitha Hixon. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
