She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Hart and Ruell Hart. She is survived by: her husband Louis "Mack" Stephens; her children, Tim Stephens (Lori) and Lynda Stephens Klee (Art); her grandchildren, Kayla Stephens, Matthew Stephens and Madeline Klee; and her niece Karen Ottway.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Caris Healthcare Hospice.
