She was predeceased by: her husband Stewart G. Stephens; and her siblings, Fred Nichols, Ralph Nichols and Audie Lee Sloan. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Purcell (Robert) of Chattanooga; her grandchildren, Deana Burelle (Dan) and Robert L "Chip" Purcell (Erica); and her great grandchildren, Anslee McGlocklin, Will Purcell and Brittany Portwood.
