He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Oliver and Thelma Oliver Atchley; and his brother Rick Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Mae Oliver; and his children, Melissa Oliver, Kathy Baker, Bobbie Brown, David Oliver Jr. and Dean Brown. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several extended family members and friends.
