He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia M. Livesay and Lonnie C. Livesay; and his son Adam Lee Livesay. He is survived by: his former wife Kimberley Chapman; his sister Della Livesay-Blanchard; and his children, Crystal Eddy, Amanda Binkley (Amber), Christopher Livesay, Megahn Lands, Shawn Livesay, Lonnie Livesay (Araceli) and Payton Wilkinson (B. J.). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence organization.
