It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Harris (Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia), born in Trenton, Georgia, who passed away on August 14, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rushel Smith and Bessie Smith; and her siblings, Lorene Daniels, Norma Wells, Jessie Smith and Wayne Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Harris; her children, Dennis Chambers (Leonda) and Tracie Chambers; her stepdaughter Tina Harris; her siblings, Dean Dickerson, Darlene Proctor, Doyle Smith, Donald Smith and Dusty Smith; and her grandchildren, Levi Chambers and Jacob Chambers. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
