She is survived by: her husband Blake Vaughn; her children, Amanda Drew (Jason), Alex Vaughn (Karah) and Janel Martin; her siblings, Kathy Stephens, Becky Thomas and Michael Stephens; and her grandchildren, Lexi and Logan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
