He was predeceased by: his former wives, Lavern and Gloria Nash Harbin; his parents, Carl Harbin and Beatrice Harbin; and his brothers, Tommy and Johnny.
He is survived by: his wife Reba Harbin; his children, Phillip (Trisha), Teresa (Tim), Brenda, Sherry and Lamar; his grandchildren, Chris, Brent, Matthew, Beth, Hannah, Lyneé and Kenneth; and his great grandchildren, Beau, Makayla, Malachi, Bryson, Jase, Braden, Mena, Hudson, Connor and Charlie.
