She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Smartt; her parents, Dewey Albert and Lillie Adams Yoder; and her stepmother Louella Whitener Yoder. She is survived by: her children, Steve Smartt of Chattanooga, Linda Morgan (Don) of Chattanooga, David Smartt of Chattanooga and John Smartt (Donna). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
