She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Herman and Lora Cochran Cox; her husband Roger Spach; her siblings, Lorine Farmer, Colenne Cox Boyd, Lonzy Cox and Harmon Cox; and her grandsons, Seth Lawhorne, Shane Allen Standridge and Christopher Standridge.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Lawhorne of Pikeville, TN, Billy Lawhorne (Debbie) of Athens, TN, Anne Standridge (Gary) of Ringgold, GA and Robin Standridge (Dirk) of Etowah, TN; and her sisters, Leola Cox of Sumter, S. C. and Velda Stephens of Danville, VA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
