He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oscar Bagwell and Sally V Bagwell; his son Clay Bagwell (Mary Joyce Bagwell); and his brothers, Middleton Bagwell and William Bagwell.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Anglin (Scott), Hank Bagwell and Matt Bagwell; his daughter-in-law Katie Bagwell; his grandchildren, Katlain Anglin (Nick), Kimberly Ashmore (Trent), Shelby Bagwell, Kayla Anglin and Trace Bagwell; his brothers, Malcom Bagwell and John Calvin Bagwell; and his pet Elsie.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a local law enforcement charity in Frankie's memory.
