Bolyard (Roseann) of Reedsville, WV and Melissa K. Bragg (Criss) of Grafton, WV; his cousin Timothy; his brothers, Jackie Wolfe, Glenn L. Bolyard, Jr. and Jason A. Bolyard (Steve Collins); and his nephews, Jesse, Cody, Zach Jennings, Haden Kennedy, Jason W. Christner, Ken Godfrey and Timothy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
