He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalie and Rex A. Caldwell, Sr.; the mother of his children Beverly Millis; his children, Craig and Vicky; and his siblings, Lucille Beaty, Lenora Jackson, Kathleen Manley, Laurine Jones Stanfield, Beulah Norman, Allen Caldwell, Horace Ray Caldwell and Charles Caldwell.
He is survived by: his son Randy; his grandchildren, Damian Caldwell (Tina), Vanessa Pavicic (Rick), Jeremy Caldwell (Danielle), Jessica Dunnington (Richard), Lindsay Caldwell (Michael) and Melissa Jenkins (John); and his sister-in-law Helen Caldwell of Shalimar, FL.. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
