She is survived by: her daughter Betsy; her husband William E. Rupp; her children, John Rupp (Dan Mason) of Durham and Susan Mims (Dawson Mims) of Asheville; her grandchildren, Becca, Billy, Ricky, Dawson Emory Mims and Will Mims; and her nieces and nephews, Connor Smith (Marian), Beaty Maffit (Michael), Dale Smith Jowers, Earle D. Roberts III (Judith) and Ann Roberts Clark (Eric).

This total collection of lifetime friends helped her through the difficulties of COVID this past year.
