He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ann; his brother Joe Couch (Lori); his daughters, Kelly Martin and Terry Martin (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Daniel Tuten (Kellie), Casey Martin (Branden), Anna Martin (John) and Lee Martin; and his great grandchildren, Chace, Conner, Caleb, Elaina, Kayleigh and Jake.
