It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Carr (Forsyth, Georgia), born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joe and Janie Carrie Tatum Carr; his sister Marth Jane; and his father-in-law Sammie. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Darlene Yates of Bowdon, Georgia.; his son Alan (Sandy); his grandchildren, Aleaha Whitus (Chris) and Noah Carr; his great grandchildren, Mallory and Ethan Whitus; his mother-in-law Juone; and his cousins, Maury Popwell of Montgomery, Alabama. and Jeff Dettling of Akron, Ohio.. He is also survived by loving in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of long-time friends.
