He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edgar Castleberry and Bertha Tidwell Castleberry; and his siblings, Dorothy Castleberry Pritchett, Jackie Castleberry Head and Ervin Castleberry.
He is survived by: his wife Willene Castleberry; and his children, Keenan Castleberry, Renee Castleberry and Eric Castleberry (Tammy) of Forsyth. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
