With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Treadwell of Forsyth, Georgia, born in Fort Valley, Georgia, who passed away on November 10, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by:, Jack Leland Treadwell and Thomas Hilton Treadwell III. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Hilton Treadwell II and Cheryl Leigh Treadwell; her grandsons, Tyndal Thomas Treadwell and Tolan Fisher Treadwell; and her great grandchild Madison Rose Treadwell.

Masks and social distancing are encouraged.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Monroe County Care Cottage, c/o Monroe County Sheriff's Office, PO Box 276, Forsyth, GA 31029.
