She is survived by: her nephew Jason Pettus; her husband Tony Whitaker; her children, Amanda, Troy Carroll, Gary, Brandia Shelton, Brian and Faith Shelton; her grandchildren, Bradley Johnson, Mia Carroll, Keegan Shelton, AJ Shelton, Malaya Brand, Malachi Cook, Chase Carroll, Nate Shelton, Eli Carroll, Liam Carroll, Jase Shelton, Maverick Shelton and Briella Shelton; her siblings, Bobby Pope, Deborah Finch and Venitha; her brother-in-law Kent Pettus; and her pet Ellie Mae. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
