He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Lee Toole and Willie Dixie Tindol Toole; his daughter Kandi Denise Toole; his wife Betty Clark Toole of Forsyth; his children, Rhonda Winters (Butch) of Athens and Kregg Toole (Ronda Speir) of Macon; his sister Lois Arnett; his half-siblings, Gwen Mauldin and Danny Toole; his grandchildren, Lauren Willis, Trippe Winters, Peyton Winters and Bailey Toole; and his great grandchildren, Paxton Mark Willis and Collins Denise Willis.
