He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Lee Collins, Sr.; his wife Cordelia; and his siblings, Jenny Paisley Curtis, Mary Evelyn Hopwood and James Wade Collins.

He is survived by: his parent Lillian Faye Springer.

To honor his wishes, the family requests no flowers but suggests donations to First Baptist Church of Forsyth, 95 West Morse Street, Forsyth, Ga 31029.
