He was loved and cherished by many people including: his stepfather Sam Smith; his brother David England; his wife Connie England; his daughter Rhonda England; his stepchildren, April Arp, Angie Pustelak and Alan Bentley; his mother Margie Smith; his siblings, Donald England, Morris Smith, Sammy Smith, Elaine Smith and Sandra Pacchioli; his aunt Betty Lou Larsen; and his uncle Bill England. He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
