He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Brunner of Forsyth; his children, Dain Christensen and Kimberly Martin (Kimber) of Boise, Idaho; and his sisters, Chris Denham (Jerry) of Pleasanton and Nadine Price (Jim) of Georgetown, Idaho. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
