He is survived by: his wife Carla "CJ" Moxley Caputi of Forsyth; his daughter Melissa "Missy" Caputi Mann of Longview, Washington; his stepdaughter Leslie "Lazer" Culpepper (Matthew) of Lake Park, Georgia; his grandsons, Ronnie Elaine Mann and Max Turner Mann; his stepgrandchildren, McKenzie Kate Culpepper and Amelia Rose Culpepper; his brother Phil Caputi of Forsyth; and his former wife Rita Martin Caputi Chiasson of Pell City, Alabama..
