He is survived by: his wife Martha McCleskey Burruss; his children, Brenda Bennett (Terry), Stephen Paul Burruss (Monique) and David Jason Burruss; his grandchildren, Andrew Burruss, Rebecca Bennett and Seth Burruss; and his sisters, Betty Lester and Hazel Burruss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
