He is survived by: his grandchild Buckley; his children, Robin Beall (Dennis) and Buckley Collum (Julia); his granddaughters, Jacqueline Melton (Kaley), Kristi Green (Nathan) and Katie Slonaker (Patrick); and his siblings, Wayne Collum, Sharon Reeves and Pam Slaton.
Robert Otis Collum (USAF, Ret.) died at the age of 87 years at his daughter's home in Forsyth, GA of natural causes after a prolonged struggle with Alzheimer's disease.
