She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edwin James and Barbara Jane Waits James; her husband Daniel Ray Walker; and her sisters, Faye Heath and Nancy Thaxton.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Buice and Darius Walker; her grandchildren, Brittany, Caleb Reynolds and Aleia Maddox; and her great grandchildren, Houston West and Canaan Reynolds.
