It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard G. Childress (Forsyth, Georgia), who passed away on August 10, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Winston and Ruby Gantt Childress; his wife Betty; and his brother Larry G. Childress. He is survived by: his son Derek Gray Childress. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
