With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Thomas Swaim (Forsyth, Georgia), who passed away on April 2, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wives, Thelma Brown Swaim and Judy Willard Swaim; and his brother Joe Swaim. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Swaim, Chad Swaim, Justin, Chandler, Colton and Tyler.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Novant Health Derrick L. Davis Cancer Center or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
