Phillip English Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip English of Forsyth, Georgia, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

The family will meet friends at Monroe County Memorial Chapel from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Flowers are beautiful and appreciated but the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to Monroe County Hospital Foundation, 88 Martin Luther King Dr., Forsyth, Georgia 31029 please note in memory of Phillip English.
