Patricia left this world on March 6, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Lanie O'Neal (Don), Wes Fort (Leanne) and Kerri Lee; her grandchildren, Brent Jones (Eddie), Katie Zellner (Tyler), Hailey Jones, Robby Fort (Kassidy), Gabe Lee and Gibson Lee; her great grandchildren, Lucy Grace Fort, Maddison Harrell, Isaac Jones, Lennon Zellner, Eli Zellner and Marlee Kate Fort; her brother Riley N. Dates; and her sister-in-law Brenda C. Bates.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forsyth Presbyterian Church (63 N Jackson St, Forsyth, GA 31029). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace United Methodist Church, PO Box 928, Forsyth, GA 31029, where Pat and Robert were proud members.
