He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Clyde Fountain Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Dannie Fountain of Forsyth; his children, Chelsea Brantley of Warner Robins and Cody Fountain (Candace) of Juliette; his girlfriend Shelia Greene of Monticello; his grandchildren, Gracie, Maddie, Aaliyah, Michaela, Macy and C. J.; his great grandchildren, Malia, Malani, Carmelo, Everleigh, Emma and Jesse; and his brothers, Randall Fountain (Dawn), Dan Fountain (Reginia) and David Fountain (Katrina). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as other dear friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to New Beginnings Pentacostal Church.
