She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Leonard Ethridge and Jeanette Rainey Ethridge Barnett. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Ronald "Ronnie" Welch, Sr.; her children, Phillip Ronald Welch, Jr. (Donna Sellers Welch) of Juliette, Georgia, Mickey Welch (Kathy Bell Welch) of Juliette, Georgia and Rhonda Welch DeZoort (Sean) of Forsyth; her grandchildren, Bennett Welch, Kacie Welch (Trevor Scott), Heather Plaines (Ridgely), Spencer Welch (Lexie), Chloe DeZoort, Emmie DeZoort-Roper (Brady) and Abbie DeZoort; her great grandchildren, Tripp Plaines, Rylie Welch and Will Roper; and her brothers, Bill Ethridge (Trudie Owen) and Lewis Ethridge (Ginger). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
