With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael P Jordan (Forsyth, Georgia), born in Bellevue, Ohio, who passed away on April 5, 2018 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Jordan. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Muffler; his children, Susan Phillips (Joseph) of Forsyth and Julie Smith (William) of Flovilla; and his brother David Jordan (Carol) of Phoenix. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family requests no flowers but suggests donations to donor's favorite charity.
