He was predeceased by: his parents, James David Willoughby and Artie Edwards Starr. He is survived by: his brothers, David Willoughby of Macon and Andy Willoughby (Michelle) of Forsyth; his stepsiblings, Cindy Starr of Forsyth, Denise Rocus of Monroe County and Brian Starr (Jennifer) of Forsyth; his stepfather J. C. Starr of Forsyth; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Willoughby, Elizabeth Willoughby and Courtney Willoughby. He is also survived by his family, friends.
