He is survived by: his parents, Natalie Sundeen and Chris Sundeen; his siblings, Channing and Dale; his grandparents, Bill Fears, Joyce Fears, Debra Sundeen and David Sundeen; and his great-grandparents, Renate Bond (late Tom Bond), Sharon Moore (late Dale Moore), Ron Carlson, Annette Carlson, Richard Lewis and Darlene Lewis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
